You must not share your account with any other person or allow any third party to use your account to place bets or access the platform. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorised that activity. newjili treats all actions taken through a registered account as the actions of the account holder.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but notlimited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable Philippine law. You also agree not to attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the platform's systems, software, or game outcomes in any way. Any such activity will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
All transactions on the newjili platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. newjili does not accept deposits made using payment methods that are not registered in your own name, and any such deposits may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. Your statutory rights as a consumer in the Philippines are not affected by these terms.
newjili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to, fraudulent activity, provision of false registration information, abuse of platform systems, or violation of responsible gaming policies.
You may close your account at any time by contacting the platform's support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance that is eligible for withdrawal under the platform's current terms will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Balances associated with bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will not be returned.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, newjili may place a temporary hold on any withdrawal requests until the investigation is concluded. The platform will endeavour to complete such investigations in a timely manner and will communicate the outcome to the account holder as soon as reasonably practicable.
